I started making lotions several years ago when my daughter was little and I really became aware of all of the unhealthy stuff that is put into our beauty products. This mix of essential oils in a carrier is great to roll on those sore muscles and achy joints. It is also good for headaches, rub a little on each temple and at the base of your neck and you will be good to go :)
